This may not sound like much but one of my guinea pigs has A very small white lump on her ear, I just wanted to know if anybody has any ideas what it could be that would be a great help

Hmm, depends on what the lump is like. If its like a tiny ball, then it could be a fatty lump which is no issue. Or perhaps a small abscess which may not be a problem but you could try lancing it and squeezing out any gunk that might be inside. If its more of an irregular shape, it could be scar tissue.

I would definitely watch it. If it's getting bigger, you'd better take it to the vet. If it's staying the same size then it's probably fine (although if it was me I'd take it to the vet anyway just to be safe!).
